Incineration of non-separated waste will emit the major components of Dioxin. We must avoid burning of waste. Instead,it must be separated and recycled to produce a useful product like Compost. When municipalities utilize the waste-to-compost technology, the operational life of the incineration plant will be extended as it no longer requires high temperature heat to burn domestic waste which contains a very high percentage of moisture.
